Two Rivers update and Spring schedule

Dear TRCS family,

We hope you are having a great Spring Break! Our family is riding bikes and running some big city errands in ABQ this week. Lots of planning for Summer MTN School too!

I'm going to update the website with After-School cost for April and May that will carry us through the end of the school year. As always, the preference is to keep a mostly consistent group. Wednesdays have been full and fun! I will do a Wednesday only schedule for as many as I can. Please write to ask about that.

We have been getting out for more trips and loving the warmer weather, but Wednesdays have been mostly in the Yurt for play practice, which is going very well! We had a memorable game of Sardines two weeks ago, and a lot of the kids are playing ping pong and football.

( I just noticed Anders and Logan with finger moustaches in the pic above :) They are playing "Crusty Moustache" and "Black Curry."

Schedule:

March 31- Two Rivers Park trip- play practice on the outside stage and wiffle ball game

April 1- Jokes and tricks for April Fool's Day. Be ready!

Wednesday, April 2- Mitchell Creek Hike and Fish Hatchery visit

April 3- Fishing trip to CO River near TRCS

April 4- Scavenger Hunt of the Century- TRCS grounds and Gregory Park. Clues hidden before 3:30.

April 7- Two Rivers Park trip- play practice on the outside stage. Bring Cowboy Hats, Western-Wear. Dress rehearsal.

April 8- Art work for play. Complete first canvas backdrop and begin the second one.

Wednesday April 9- Fishing trip to CO Rivers near TRCS

April 10- Play practice- check for memory, fluency, "loud and proud" voices

April 11- Earned in trip to Azteca based on Thursday play practice
